in honor of 2023 coming to an end, here’s what i spent most of my time working on: dugouts! big shoutout to @wanderingbud for keeping me busy. these dugouts are specifically designed for their “sprout” piece and our customers love them so much i can’t seem to make enough. hoping to make some changes in 2024 to streamline the process and give the people what they want, so keep an eye out for what’s to come!

O D D L Y satisfying there are many steps involved in making our dugouts for @wanderingbud, but sanding is just so satisfying. fun fact: we do two rounds of sanding on a belt sander then finish off sanding each dugout by hand.

okay, one more because we are obsessed 🍻 hannah asked us to design a set of five custom tap handles and we had a really fun time with the design process. we decided on a small and pretty minimal design showcasing the flower in the @floralsandfoam logo but went with a fun gradient stain. might be a bit biased, but they turned out pretty fun.

a year ago today! we were sanding away on dugouts. in the last year we’ve totally redesigned the dugouts, bought our own laser cutter, significantly improved our processes, moved our studio to kylie’s basement. so much progress! excited for you all to see what’s coming this spring 🌸
